App Store Refunds

All Stoke subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Because Apple handles billing directly, refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple according to their refund policies.

Stoke does not process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds directly โ€” all refund requests must go through Apple.

How to Request a Refund

Apple makes the refund process straightforward. Follow these steps:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser

Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription
3
Tap "Request a refund" next to the Stoke subscription
4
Select the reason that best describes your situation
5
Submit โ€” Apple typically responds within a few business days

Apple reviews all requests and may ask for more information.

Free Trial

When a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins only after the trial ends.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You can cancel via the App Store or Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Manage Subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period โ€” you won't be charged again.

  • โœ“Cancel via Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Manage Subscription
  • โœ“Or cancel directly in Apple's App Store subscription settings
  • โœ“Cancelling does not immediately remove Premium access
  • โœ“No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period
